Grape Varietal:  Chardonnay

Notes of vanilla, creamsicle, juicy pear and pineapple greet you on the nose. The voluminous fruit continues in the mouth with flavors of sweet pineapple juice and fresh pear with a drizzle of sweet butter. The lush fruit is balanced by clean bright acidity that leads into a long, lingering finish. 13.9% alc.

Columbia Valley AVA
Columbia Valley covers a vast area of Washington State; some 11 million acres. With such a wide area there are sub AVA's where soil and microclimates differ. Although it rains heavily in Washington, Columbia Valley is separated by the Cascade Mountains and allows between six and eight inches of annual rainfall. Since it's in a Northern state of the US, climate tends to be cooler than what you'd generally find in Oregon and with a longer growing season.
